RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Set in the gentle Umbrian hills, not far from the Marmore Falls, is Tenuta Astolfi, a historic villa dating back to the 1600s. The villa can be considered a true oasis of peace and serenity as it is far from traffic, yet close to the greatest centres of interest in Umbria. Tenuta Astolfi offers its guests numerous opportunities, ranging from the natural wonder of the Marmore Falls, a scenery of incredible beauty, to food and wine routes, rich in history, passing through Todi, Spello, Orvieto and Spoleto, a city of immense historical and artistic wealth.

Interior:
The villa has two floors. Facing the main entrance, and characterised by the harmony of its frescos, is the large dining room with French windows leading out to the external living area and the swimming pool. To the sides of the main entrance are five double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a professional kitchen and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads up to the first floor consisting of a sitting room, for the entertainment of adults and children, and, next to it, another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a laundry room.
Park:
The villa is set in 4,000 sq m of fully-fenced and well-kept park, full of colours, with an enchanting atmosphere created by the many plants, cypresses, wisteria, rosemary, lavender and roses, that surround the lawn. There is a nice shady area at the poolside set up for outdoor dining, as well as a pleasant bar area for sipping aperitifs while admiring the breathtaking sunsets.
Swimming Pool:
Just a few steps from the main entrance is the rectangular pool measuring 14 x 7 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. Lined in blue PVC, which blends in well with the surrounding landscape, it has a paved edge, chlorine purification and Roman steps for access to the water. The solarium area in lawn is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and tables where you can relax under the shade of large centuries-old trees. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
