A long driveway leads you to a perfectly private setting that’s only a matter of minutes from the lake itself, golf courses, shops, and restaurants. The home was custom-designed and built using steel, stone, and stucco for this very spot, where you can catch glimpses of deer and other wildlife from the spacious Douglas fir deck. Inside, the air-conditioned living space is a showcase of modern decor, featuring concrete floors, lofty ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and meticulous attention to detail. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a stylish sitting area, a flatscreen TV mounted above a wood-burning fireplace, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butcher-block countertops, and an island with bar seats for two. The sleek dining room table easily accommodates eight, or you can gather outside to grill and dine on the shaded deck or gather around the firepit to roast s’mores under string lights. A foosball table, a Ping-Pong table, a cornhole set, and other games are provided for your enjoyment as well. The split bedroom design includes a primary suite with a flatscreen TV and a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and dual vanities with concrete countertops. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a desk and chair in one of the rooms, creating an ideal environment for remote work or school.
