The traditional log structure (outside and in) is sure to charm! Enjoy views of the mountains from almost every window, and enjoy breathing in the fresh air on the balcony under those wide open skies. The location is a short drive to many of Colorado’s finest mountain activities including skiing, riding, hiking, fishing, hunting, paddling, boating, snowmobiling, tubing, disc golf, attending outdoor concerts, and shopping at the Silverthorne outlets! And there’s plenty of parking spaces for your group (with extra pull-through space for your favorite outdoor toys - RV’s, ATVs, boats, among others). Two floors of living rooms means that everyone will have space to enjoy a chat, read a book, or play a board game....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
