Take in lovely water views from the comfort of the large sofa in the main living room. A spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, while the dining table is the perfect setting for sharing family-style meals and swapping stories. Grab a favorite read and kick back in the sunroom. Use the futon for extra sleeping space. Additional highlights include a home office equipped with a computer monitor and a printer, as well as free WiFi that you can use for remote or distance learning or for sharing special moments with your loved ones back home. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available using your own account. Property Manager is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Property Manager is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
