This charming Cape Cod cottage, located on the beautiful bayside of Eastham, is the perfect getaway for the family! Hop in the car, and within a minute you can be at Thumpertown Beach, Kingsbury Beach, or Herring Brook Beach. If salt water isn’t your taste, head over to Wiley Park, on the shores of Great pond, where the kids can jump off the floating docks or have fun on the playground. You will also be a short drive from two amazing oceanside beaches: Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach! After your day of adventure, fire up the grill and relax with a drink on the back deck. The outdoor shower is a must on summer days, and in the evenings, gather everyone around the fire pit for s’mores and laughter. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
