Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Luxurious 6 bedroom Provencal villa located in Quartier des Marres in Ramatuelle, with 3 hectares of land, sea view, large swimming pool and gym. Ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet while being 5 minutes’ drive to Saint Tropez and the beaches in Pampelonne. This luxurious villa is located in Quartier des Marres, in a very secluded and quiet area, close to hotel Villa Marie. There are 6 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a large double living room, indoor and outdoor dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen. The house has A/C throughout. The property is set in a 3 hectare plot with lush greenery, cacti, oak, olive and palm trees in a beautiful landscaped garden full of flowers. This is the perfect setting for great family holidays and guests will not want to leave at the end of their stay! The drive leads onto a beautiful cobblestone entrance with a fountain and wisteria and a majestic front door. The hallway opens onto a grand living room boasting a beautiful feature double staircase, four sofas, comfortable chairs and a fireplace. The large French windows and high ceilings give a real sense of space and offers great views of the gardens and the Mediterranean. The dining room leads from the lounge into a large fully equipped kitchen with an extra large steam oven, extra large conventional oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas rings as well as an indoor grill, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. The living and dining room open onto the terrace with a covered alfresco dining area with seating for 12 guests as well as a large summer lounge under a wisteria canopy overlooking the sea and the Pampelonne area. The house has 6 bedrooms: 5 guests rooms in one wing next to a lily pond and glass corridor, all with en-suite bathrooms (with either shower enclosure or bathtub), fitted wardrobes and A/C. The master bedroom is next to the study with a full en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower enclosure), walk-in closet and private terrace in a secluded area of the garden with lemon trees to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. There is also a TV room with a large sofa, a library and a laundry room. The outdoors offer many nooks to enjoy either the view, a nap, a book or take in the sun rays. There are 2 nooks covered with greenery, a water feature, a cactus garden, a summer lounge, a shaded lounge by the pool among rocks and cushions, a summer kitchen with a sitting area, as well as a gym with cardio-training equipment. The large dark blue pool is surrounded by sun lounges and offers an amazing sea view.
