The Suncatcher Located in the peaceful community of Island Park Cottages, this waterfront home places the best of Ocean Isle Beach at your fingertips. Here, on the edge of a small community pond, you’ll be a quick walk from a beach access point and Island Park’s two seasonal swimming pools and fishing piers. Come home from a day of swimming or boogie boarding to rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on the ground-floor patio, where you’ll find a gas grill, a picnic area, and a grassy lawn at the lagoon’s edge. As you head upstairs, you’ll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning, a washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits and beach towels, and an open great room with two-story ceilings. This room combines a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a dining room table, and a living room with ample seating and a large smart TV. Spend the evening outside on the deck, where you can dine al fresco, sip coffee in a rocking chair, or simply admire the sunset view overlooking the pond. THINGS TO KNOW The two unheated community pools are open from April 1 to October 31. No fishing or swimming is allowed in the pond. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No Permit Required
