This four-bedroom home sits near the heart of Windsor, with Healdsburg to the north, Santa Rosa to the south, and the Russian River, Napa, and Sonoma Valleys all within a short and scenic drive. As you return home from your daily excursions, you’ll be greeted by wondrous outdoor spaces - take a dip in the heated pool, relax poolside with a glass of local wine, or make use of the built-in outdoor kitchen and dining table to host an afternoon barbecue. As the sun begins to set, you can gather around the firepit or move into the pool house rec room to play games and watch movies on the big-screen TV. The interior of the home is another beautiful space for entertaining, offering hardwood floors, high-end furnishings, and central air conditioning. Past the entry hall and powder room is an open, light-filled great room, the heart of which is the gourmet kitchen. It’s a fantastic space for the enthusiastic home chef, offering professional-grade appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, a wine cooler, and a gas range), a spacious island with bar seats for four, and an adjacent dining table hewn from natural wood. Completing this space is an inviting sitting area with dual sofas, a big-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. At night, you’ll find that the bedrooms are wonderfully separated for privacy. There are three on the main floor, each in its own corner, including a primary suite with direct patio access, a flatscreen TV, and a spa-like private bathroom. The other two bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom between them. The charming fourth bedroom and third full bathroom are upstairs, as is a dedicated office where you can escape to take the occasional work call. Audio is not recorded. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
