The charming open layout works great for larger groups, as everyone can gather in the living area next to the stone fireplace after a day on the slopes or head out to the large deck overlooking the neighborhood and mountains. When you want to whip up a tasty meal, the sleek kitchen has been tastefully updated and has everything from a gas range to a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room and on-site community amenities. Biking and hiking trails are just a short walk out the door! Please note the following before booking: Access to this condo requires climbing two flights of outdoor stairs. This home is not wheelchair accessible. Due to a county fire safety regulation, the grill on the patio is locked and not available for guest use. Grilling on the patio is not permitted for short-term rentals. Things to Know No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
