This is a stunning, Mediterranean style, spacious holiday villa in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras. The famous Fig Tree Bay and Central Protaras Strip are just a 3-minute walk away. NB: Electricity is included up to 500 kWh units per week. A meter reading will be taken and any extra kWh units over and above 500 kWh units per week will be charged at 0.30 euro per kWh unit. This sum will be taken out of the security deposit.
Villa is situated in the most affluent area of Protaras right by the sea. The location is very peaceful yet just a couple of minutes’ walk to the main Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay. The surroundings are excellent and the sea views are to die for. Villa has got to be one of the very best villas in the whole of the Protaras and Ayia Napa region.
Listed Prices include 500KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
