This remodeled, two-story, 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located within walking distance to The Village and Village Gondola. Enjoy mountain modern decor while relaxing next to the pellet-stove, get comfy on the large sectional and watch the large flatscreen smart TV. The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances (PLEASE NOTE: The condo does NOT have a dishwasher). Dine just down the road in The Village, where you will find plenty of restaurants, or stay in and use the private gas grill on the balcony. The master bedroom sits on the main level with a King bed and access to the full bathroom, with ceiling fan and flatscreen TV and access to the balcony. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
