The apartment, situated on the second floor of the building easily accessible with the lift, is finely decorated in a contemporary style and boasts wood flooring both in the living area and the bedroom, which makes the atmosphere cosier and more welcoming. Entering the flat, guests will find themselves in the living room characterised by vivid colours and equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a bookcase, filled with books and CDs available to our guests and that mirrors the artistic soul both of the property and the neighbourhood. As a matter of fact, the apartment is located nearby Palermo’s Conservatoire and they will most certainly be able to enjoy its music coming in through the windows. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
