Splendid Rustic Villa with Large Outdoor Space

A wonderful villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi tub located in the countryside of Noci, a small town known for its wine culture in the Apulian inland. Villa Enò can host up to 9 people and consists of two buildings with private entrances but connecting inside. The first area features a living room with a fireplace, a smart TV and sofas, a large and well-equipped kitchen with pool view, a dining area with extra sofas. Two bedrooms complete this part of the villa: the former with a single bed and the latter with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. From the living area there is access to a complex of 8 “trulli” (ancient typical apulian dwelling) where three bedrooms with a queen size bed each are to be found, together with a full bathroom with shower and a toilet. The “trulli” have their private entrance from the garden and the spaces inside do not come with doors, except for the bathrooms. The added value are the outdoor spaces: surrounded by fruit trees and with a wonderful horse chestnut enriching the entrance to the “trulli”, Villa Enò is provided with a large parking space, a patio with barbecue and a wood oven, a playing field for tennis, soccer and it also comes with a basket. The gem of the villa is the wellness & relax SPA area next to the swimming pool, featuring a whirlpool bathtub for 5 people with garden view, a whirlpool shower and a sauna. Here, guests will also find a toilet and a changing room. *The swimming pool is open from the 30th of April until the 30th of September. Driving northwards there is Alberobello with its typical “trulli” (26 km) and Castellana Grotte (26 km), together with Polignano a Mare (54 km), known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic’, will leave you speechless, with its crystalline waters and the rock embroidered by cavities dug by the sea. Further north there is Trani (98 km) with its breathtaking scenery, rich in history and harmonious architectural lines, ancient maritime fortress of the Swabian era, and Bari (67 km) with the Basilica of San Nicola, the Norman-Swabian Castle and the Nazario Sauro seafront. The closest airports are Bari (67 kms) and Brindisi (108 kms).
