This beautiful house is located in a club in the municipality of Anapoima. In this place you can enjoy the golf course, tennis court, nautical club, where you can practice kayaking and also rent bicycles or golf carts. The charm of this house lies in the social area, with a large pool to enjoy day and night. You can sunbathe or spend a pleasant evening with a cocktail around the pool. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of 15 guests. The property also comes with a TV studio, Jacuzzi and BBQ. There is parking space for 6 cars, 3 covered and 3 uncovered. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
