This contemporary house with sea views is located in the charming town of Tibau do Sul, 100 meters from the sea. It can accommodate up to 12 people in its 5 bedrooms including 3 suites. - 1 air-conditioned suite with King size bed - 2 air-conditioned suites with Queen size beds - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 3 single beds and its bathroom opposite - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with external access including 3 single beds and opposite, its bathroom Outside, you can enjoy the swimming pool and the barbecue on the pretty raised terrace. Tibau do Sul is located 8 km from the famous town of Pipa. It combines charm and authenticity. The house is located at the meeting of Lagoa dos Guarairas and the sea, you can see the prettiest sunsets in the small bars on stilts perched on the lagoon, swim and eat a grilled fish in front of the house in the “barracas” or even dance the traditional “forró” on Sunday at Chico’s. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
