This lovely property is located on Pontal de Maceio beach in Fortim, 2 hours from the airport in Fortaleza.
It is an excellent destination for kitesurfing, long walks on the beach, horseback riding, buggy trips on the dunes and boat trips on the Jaguaribe River.
The property consists of a main house with a large common living space opening onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 air-conditioned suites, each suite can be furnished with 2 single beds or a double bed, and an annex chalet being the master suite. It can therefore accommodate 8 adults.
Appreciable features of this property are the attention to decoration and the direct access to the beach.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
