This is an amazing villa located in the most luxurious condominium near Mangaratiba, Portobello. This villa has a private pier that flows into the bay of Mangaratiba allowing the anchorage for the use of jet skis, speedboats, and yachts.
The villa has a living and dining room with custom furniture and ample space with a glass ceiling and views of the pier. With en-suite bedrooms (with AC), this beautiful villa accommodates up to 16 people, offering them a beautiful view from each window.
To exercise we have a half basketball court, tennis court and a large swimming pool with a wooden deck that has a shallow area suitable for children and a deep area, perfect for swimming and water sports, as well as space with beach chairs for children. rest sunlight.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
- If the arrival/departure time is outside the previously scheduled time, an additional fee will be charged.
