The full American-style kitchen has ample space and everything you need to cook, from common dishes to dishes from experienced cooks. Passing through the living room, we have access to the pool area that has a barbecue and large dining table and gives access to trails in the land, 2 springs and a beach with calm and crystal clear waters. The house has parking space for up to 4 cars and is just minutes from other incredible beaches, the marina of Piraquara and the district of Frade. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
