Built around a beautiful inner courtyard that encompasses a pool deck and living room, the house follows the luxurious African style accommodations.
The villa has 4 luxurious accommodations, with air conditioning, cable TV, solar heating and total privacy, accommodating up to 10 people.
2 Ground Floor Rooms : The suites are located on the ground floor, overlooking an elegant courtyard with our jade-colored pool.
The 22m2 suite has a 1.60m wide bed, large bathrooms and closet. The decoration is due to the beautiful lamps and natural stone walls that give the sophisticated rustic tone.
Luxury Suite : Located on the top floor, the 50m2 suite consists of a large bathroom with a sunroof, a 1.80 m bed and a terrace overlooking the Jericoacoara saw, thus forming a cozy and refined environment.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
