Located in Jericoacoara, the villa is a real heaven of peace, comfort and sophistication. Built around a beautiful inner courtyard that encompasses a pool deck and living room, the house follows the luxurious African style accommodations. The villa has 4 luxurious accommodations, with air conditioning, cable TV, solar heating and total privacy, accommodating up to 10 people. 2 Ground Floor Rooms : The suites are located on the ground floor, overlooking an elegant courtyard with our jade-colored pool. The 22m2 suite has a 1.60m wide bed, large bathrooms and closet. The decoration is due to the beautiful lamps and natural stone walls that give the sophisticated rustic tone. Luxury Suite : Located on the top floor, the 50m2 suite consists of a large bathroom with a sunroof, a 1.80 m bed and a terrace overlooking the Jericoacoara saw, thus forming a cozy and refined environment. Master Suite : Located on the first floor, this suite’s 65 m2 space integrates luxury and elegance. Two large terraces open up to the magnificent Jericoacoara Dunes view, including the famous “Duna do Pôr do Sol”. 1.80 m bed, double bathroom. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
