Master Suite : Located on the first floor, the Master Suite has a large and beautiful terrace, measuring 85m2 and overlooking the National Park Dunes. It is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, minibar, cable TV, home theater, safe, solar heating, table, chairs, cabinets, sofa and armchairs.
Family Bungalow : This accommodation located on first floor has two rooms with 38m2 in total, access to each other and a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and a safe. The other has two single beds, wardrobe, cable TV and air conditioning.
2 “Beija Flor” Rooms : The “Beija-Flor” rooms are on the ground floor with 35m2, overlooking the pool. They are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, safe, double beds, table, chairs, lockers for clothes and hot shower. On the verandas there is a hammock to enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the villa.
Superior Room : Double room located on the first floor, has 21m2, wardrobe, cable TV, air conditioning, safe and hot shower, balcony with hammock, armchair and a pool view.
24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.
HOUSE RULES
To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
