The house is very complete, it has 7 double air-conditioned suites, a swimming pool with sea view, outdoor gourmet area and sauna. The house is kissed by the light sea breeze all the time and has a refreshing pool, surrounded by a wooden deck, which connects to its gourmet area with barbecue and kitchen to enjoy great recipes with an incredible view. A relaxing sauna is also available. The social area of ​​the house is extremely wide and has sofas, armchairs for many people. The wooden adornments give a special touch to the rustic design adopted by the property. The right foot is high and guarantees refreshment and pleasant temperatures throughout the year in the indoor areas. There are 7 complete suites, all with air conditioning. Some suites have 2 single beds and others have a double bed. The master suite has a king-size bed and a wonderful panoramic view from its large sliding doors that give direct access to the veranda with a hammock. CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED. Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
