The location is wonderful and peaceful, in a neighborhood made up mostly of private houses and inns. There are two floors that accommodate up to 18 people in their 9 rooms. There are 7 complete, comfortable suites with beds, furniture and high-quality fabrics and views to the outside from the windows or sliding glass doors. For the house’s employees, 2 private rooms are available. Outside you will have a fully paved and divided yard with an extensive wooden deck, which surrounds the beautiful and refreshing pool of blue tiles. Lying on the wide cozy loungers is a relaxing pastime to enjoy while enjoying a good drink or getting a good tan. Just a 2-minute walk separates you from a delicious swim in one of the most famous beaches in Búzios, Praia da Ferradura, a cove well known for its shallow and calm waters, with many kiosks close to the strip of sand. CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED. Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
