Spectacular Mansion located in the Center of Búzios, the size of this work is incomparable! As you enter through the front door, you notice the brilliance in the levels of the house until you reach the pool and lush garden at the other end of the property.
The luxurious style of the house is often praised for the colors around the garden giving the property a very tropical beauty. All five suites are individually decorated with direct access to outdoor areas.
The Villa has several areas to relax and entertain guests. It features games including a pool table, first-rate darts, foosball table and a curved pool around the house.
The barbecue area of the house is equipped with all the comforts created to leave you wanting nothing more on your vacation. The location is very privileged as it is a short distance from the center while being close to Ferradura Beach.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
