The luxurious villa is the only house on a paradisiac 500 meter beach. A beautiful preserved rain forest with hundreds of coconut trees and a river are surrounding the immense 150 ha of the property. Complete privacy, tranquility and freedom is guaranteed for you if you decide to spend your vacations here. The next city is around 10 min by car and is called Itacare. The tranquil beach town is home to some great sea food restaurants and fancy bars. From Itacare who will have also fast access to the national park Serra do Conduru, with its famous waterfalls and wildlife. Prainha, the beautiful beach at your doorstep is suited perfectly to go surfing or fishing. The natural river of the estate with it´s crystal clear water is stopped by a dam to create an unique natural swimming-pool. The property is ideal to host big events like weddings as it has the capacity for 200 guests. For sure no matter what event you are going to host, with this unique property it will be a success. Having untouched nature at your doorstep, the interior of the 600 square meter villa holds nothing else ready than pure luxurity and sophistication for it´s priviledged guests. The villa possesses a popular art collection with painitings and sculptures. You are also going to enjoy a full service package ( housekeeping, cooking, purchases and security), which is included in the renting price. There are 5 suites, which are all coming with en-suite Bathrooms. The master suite has access to a private balcony. Two of the suites are coming with king size beds the other three with 2 single beds each, which generates a capacity to host 12 people. You will find 2 more independant bathrooms in the villa. There is also one more bedroom for the staff with 2 single beds and 2 covered parking spaces. Team with 3 employees: Housekeeper, Cook and Maid 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
