When accessing the house, the corridor gives access to a large air-conditioned living room with a view of the pool and the beautiful wooded area with the region’s beaches in the background. The living room has a wooden dining table with 10 seats, built-in JBL sound system, two living areas, the first with woven wooden sofas with a central table and the second with a TV area with 2 padded sofas and access to the terrace. The kitchen has custom-made wooden cabinets and a large granite counter with sink and built-in stove, fully equipped. The outdoor pool has a shallow area for children and the deep area that allows swimming and water exercises, has a barbecue with granite counter and breakfast table for 6 seats, perfect for spending long and beautiful moments outdoors. . The house has 6 excellent suites, all spacious with air conditioning, two of them with a wide view of the garden and a wooded area to the sea. The terrace of the house is divided into two sides, each with 4 wooden sun loungers to relax while tanning or to enjoy a beautiful moonlight. Access to the turtle beach is done on foot through a tunnel through the cliff that can be lowered on foot or by an inclined elevator. 24-hour confirmation policy! HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
