This majestic property of 6 exclusive suites is perfectly located on an exclusive and private beach in the region, with beautiful views of the sea. Outside you will find the pool just a few steps from the beach and also from the gourmet area of the house. The gourmet area has a barbecue area and a table. Right next door is the private, air-conditioned gym. Its interiors are decorated and furnished exceptionally, with great comfort and harmony. All rooms offer incredible views from different angles to the sea and the flora of the region. Your living room is air conditioned, as are all suites. The property has 6 suites in all: 4 suites with double bed and sofa bed each 1 Suite with double bed 1 Suite with two double beds CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. Housekeeper: 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. Maid: 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service. Cook: 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
