At the entrance of the house is the main hall that gives access to a large living room decorated with planned furniture, a children’s space with toys and a TV with children’s content, a dining area with a table for 12 and a beautiful artificial lake that contrasts with the beauty of the environment, the entire living area is glazed giving access to the outside area and an incredible view of the sea and the sunlight that illuminates the entire area. In the other rooms of the house there is a TV room with home theater and surround sound system, reading room, for those who want a quiet space to work or concentrate on reading a good book, games room with video game, gym with treadmill, exercise bike and other weight machines, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area with employee facilities. The house has 8 suites, all with wide sea views: -1 master suite with king-size bed, cable TV, sound system, closet and bathtub; -7 suites complete with king-size bed, cable TV; The outdoor area is equally large and comprises a gourmet space for preparing drinks with a barbecue, sauna and whirlpool, an infinity pool and a large pier with capacity for a boat of up to 100 feet and 2 helipads. 24-hour confirmation policy! HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
