The laundry room is also located off the kitchen and living area, so you won’t have to worry about dirty clothes during your family vacation. After a long day at the park, kick back, enjoy some popcorn, and watch a movie or your favorite TV show. Don’t feel like watching a movie? Unleash your competitive side playing air hockey or foosball with the family. No matter your age, you are bound to have fun in the games room. If guests wish to use the barbecue grills, a cleaning fee of US $ 35 will be applied. Propane exchange refueling tanks can be purchased at several local locations. If the grid is locked, it should not be used by guests, the guest will need to hire the service from the office. Amenities such as coffee packets, dishwasher soap, washing machine materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dishes detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are provided for FIRST TIME use, if more quantities of the amenities listed about are needed, it would be our guests responsibility to acquire more. Our professional laundry service works with the commitment perform a high temperature wash located at an industrial high-valued 5-star laundry facility that is not only well known in the market but also used by other major companies such as Disney World Resorts and top ranking hotels with the objective exterminate any bacteria on every linen, bed sheet and pillow case, all being delivered wrapped and sealed awaiting to be opened by our guests. The same standard applies with the wash and delivery of brand new and ironed towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels and washcloths, which are provided accordingly with the capacity of guests for the home, as well with extra quantities to better accommodate our patrons. Daily maid service is NOT included The $500.00 Security Deposit will be charged to cover any damage to the PROPERTY including but not limited to: (a) Additional cleaning charges above normal wear and tear, (b) damages resulting from intentional, willful, or reckless conduct, (c) evidence of or damages by a pet, (d) evidence of or damages by smoking, (e) items at PROPERTY lost or stolen by GUEST. Any charges assessed for damages shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. Any charges above the coverage of the Security Deposit shall be the responsibility of the GUEST.
