The home is a completely new three bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment is characterized by its generous feeling of understated luxury. The apartment is located inside the walls of Lucca in one of the most famous squares called PIAZZA SAN FREDIANO, right in front of the White Carrara Marble Romanesque Church that feature a a huge Bizantine period golden glazed mosaic that can be admired from the many windows of the apartment. Here one truly feels a part of a real Italian neighborhood while experiencing the magical city of Lucca.
From this amazing location, you can explore all of Lucca main sites on your doorstep, or just as easily reach the train station on foor to have daily trips to the most famous Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, San Gimignano, Volterra and the sandy beaches of VIAREGGIO and FORTE DEI MARMI.
The apartment is located on the first floor and it is fully air conditioned, the wifi is the most reliable one which is provided by the national phone company, hair dryer, sat tv with international channels, a laundry room with washer and tumble dryer combined, iron and board, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, steam oven, electric oven, freezer, american and italian coffee makers, toaster, kettle and wide selection of crockery and cooking utensils are provided. Three master bedrooms with double beds each and 2 bathrooms (1 of which is ensuite) All you have to do is relax after a day explo-ring this living museum and let your fantasy do the rest.

A stair lift (platform) for disabled people was recently installed.

We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren’t able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.
