An artistic, stylish & modernist apartment for up to 5 guests- this home is close to both Bastille and the Canal Saint Martin. Just 15 minutes from Gare du Nord station for connections to the Eurostar and trains to Charles de Gaulle.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the building, with two flights of stairs up to the entrance.
LIVING & DINING ROOM
The living and dining room is open plan, with chic furnishings and Parquet flooring. The room is in two halves- the seating area and the dining area. The seating includes a comfortable leather sofa, a glass coffee table and accompanying armchairs.
The dining area has a relaxing feel, surrounded by cool monochromatic artworks on the walls around the wooden dining table and chairs. A modernist chandelier hangs above and the room enjoys views to the surrounding architecture from the windows.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is segmented from the living space with a unique partition- made up of antique wooden beams. Modern in style, the kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, as well as a breakfast bar with stools.
BATHROOM
The first bathroom offers geometric yellow patterned tiles lining the walls, with a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom offers a sophisticated aesthetic, with a King-size bed and delicate hanging lights either side, above the bed. There is a wooden wardrobe along one wall and plenty of natural light from the large window.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom has geometric patterned wallpaper and includes a single bed, as well as a dressing table with mirror. There is also a bookcase here.
BATHROOM
This bathroom includes a bath, with overhead shower and a basin, all with elegant tiling.

There is a separate WC.
THIRD BEDROOM
This room is great for children- with a single bed, with a tent-style canopy above. The space is decorated with colourful artwork and posters, as well as toys and a red armchair by the window. There is a further single bed underneath- so this room can sleep 2 guests.
