Sleek, modernist interiors meet classic terrace house in this inviting three-bedroom family home in north London. Just a short walk from King’s Cross St Pancras, you’ll enjoy quick access to central London as well as the Eurostar - easy for popping over to Paris.
Cool white interiors laced with dusky blue create a wonderfully calming environment throughout. The kitchen is expertly designed with clean lines, gleaming tiles and industrial lighting, opening out onto an indisputably cool dining nook, uniting midnight tones and contemporary art. At the front of the home, illuminated by large bay windows overlooking the street, you’ll find an attractive living room combining everyone’s favourite period townhouse features: wood floors, white shutters and corniced ceilings. A striking feature wall and sofa offer a palette of contrasts, giving the room a design-led finish, whilst a small wood-burning stove makes it the perfect setting for a cosy evening in. The three bedrooms provide a lesson in cool tones and cushy comfort, especially the principal bedroom with its cobalt feature wall and vintage chest of drawers. Sticking to theme, the other two bedrooms include twin bunk beds on a dark blue background and a lovely baby cot, respectively. If it ain’t broke.
We Love
The bathroom is a perfect mini example of modernist design with its slick brick tiles, simple outlines and monochrome floor. We’re also big fans of the terrace garden which offers a great sunny spot to unwind after a day’s exploring. Stand-out features include mosaic flooring and a trampoline, one of which you can admire from the comfort of a garden chair, whereas the other requires a more active appreciation...
Home truths:
No smoking or parties! Guests with allergies, please note that a dog usually lives. You’re welcome to bring your own canine companion though. The home is cleaned before and after each stay. This apartment is on the ground floor with step-free access. Tufnell Park station is a short walk away, with plenty of travel links. There’s also a handy on-street parking spot round the corner on request. As you may notice, there are a few bits missing from the photos and no sign of the decking area. Feel free to ask us for more details.
Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
