The Home
The apartment is located in an alley on the island of Ortigia and overlooks the Levante promenade, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. In fact, you can also see the sunrise and especially the coast of Syracuse, outside the historic center.
The strong point of the house is the view, thanks to the 4 balconies with sea view. The apartment is on the 1st floor: a hallway divides the kitchen to the right with a table for 2 and a balcony, equipped with everything you may need (fridge / freezer, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric grill, juicer, etc.) and equipped with balcony. In the center is the bedroom, with double bed and chest of drawers and vaulted ceiling decorated in a typical Sicilian style; on the left you will find a bathroom with an antique tub and window, and a walk-in closet.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
