TD Trulli Terralta Panoramic Pool Over Countryside

Trulli Terralta is a lovely complex of 4 cones and a lamia, with panoramic views over the valley of our cherry orchard Apulian countryside. It is located in a strategic position just a few minutes drive from major attractions, such as the cities of Alberobello, Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Polignano a mare [...]. The area on the front of the trulli is equipped with barbecue and a large round stone table, under a pergola, where you can have lunch or dinner, surrounded by local fruit trees such as almond, cherry, fig etc.. Adjacent to the house there is a pergola, equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds for relaxation, embellished with climbing vines that give white grapes of excellent quality. Through the largest trullo you enter the living area of the house connected through a characteristic stone arch to the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge-table. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed, to the bathroom with shower, and finally to the living room with sofa bed and TV; a large glass French window connects to the outdoor pergola. The second double bedroom, larger, is located to the left of the living room, with more privacy and en-suite bathroom. Trulli terralta enjoy peace and privacy, not too far from excellent restaurants, stores and beaches in the surrounding towns such as the city of Alberobello, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is only 10 minutes by car, the center of Castellana Grotte, known for its karst caves, also just 10 minutes by car. And finally the lively town of Monopoli, where you can appreciate the beaches of crystal clear water and the many restaurants in the historic center, which is only 15 minutes by car.  Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks. TO BE KNOWN: For an extra charge of 20% of the cost of the rental itself, it is possible to use a third room ON REQUEST: this is a depandance away from the main body of the property consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, an external washbasin, air conditioning and a pergola in front of the entrance. It is not ideal for accommodating children, as the distance from the main body would not allow for careful supervision of them. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in .
