Stunning villa located in the Tuscan countryside, precisely in Valdambra, a few km from Arezzo, and on the border with the Chianti area.
You will find a private entrance with garden, parking and outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The property also boasts a beautiful pool (14 x 7 m), surrounded by nature and equipped with external shower, gazebo and sun loungers. The pool is provided with an electric locking system, and guests can open and close it as they please.
Internal Description
The property is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 double sofa beds + 1 extra single bed to be used if necessary. Internet Wifi available. Air conditioning is available both on the ground floor (1 unit in the living room and 1 unit in each bedroom) and on the first floor (1 unit in the living room and 1 unit in the bedroom).
The villa is provided with an automatic locking system activating by a switch inside the house.
Ground floor: You will welcomed by a bright living room with 2 sofas, tv and stereo. Floowing is an open space with large dining table, sofas, desk and large French window. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a spacious shower (with 2 shower heads) and one with bathtub and shower.
First floor: Upstairs thre is a double bedroom with tv, a bathroom with shower, and a living area with dining table for 6 people, a small kitchen and double sofa bed.
