Stylish 2 bedroom studio apartment for up to 4 guests in the 15th

interiors. Please note: this property is located on the fourth floor of
the apartment block which guests can access by a lift. The apartment
block has no step free access to reach the entrance. LIVING ROOM Pastel
colours, large windows and clean whitewashed walls create a light and
airy feel to this elegant open-plan living room. Comfortably furnished
with two sofas and a chic modern coffee table, the room is warmly lit
by two large table lamps and glass double doors open onto a balcony
offering charming views of the streets below. Vintage architecture and
parquet flooring are modernised by bright pops of colour, a
sophisticated mural wall, and widescreen Smart TV. DINING ROOM The
living room opens out into an elegant, brightly-lit dining room.
Classical double doors line the wall overlooking beautiful balcony
views. A stylish blending of vintage and modern is achieved by mixing a
decorative white fireplace and gold-edged mirror, with a polished white
table and modish pink upholstered chairs to seat four guests. Lavish
houseplants and a fabulous gold statue bring extra flair to this
glamorous apartment. KITCHEN The kitchen is stylishly fitted with smart
black units and charcoal tiles. There is an oven, a fridge, washing
machine and nespresso machine, as well as ample storage space and a
small marble-topped table with two stools. MASTER BEDROOM A calming
space with elegant sweeping curtains at the window, this room includes
a double bed and two pink marble-topped bedside cabinets with two
lamps. Fresh white walls are decorated with smartly framed pieces of
artwork and there is a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
BATHROOM A lovely modern bathroom in bright white and a stylish
marble-effect bath with overhead shower. There is also a sink, cupboard
space and large oval mirror. SECOND BEDROOM Elegant wood furniture and
a striking black canvass set off this room, which contains a double
sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a desk. **To rent this property, the
minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths: No smoking or
parties. A dog usually lives here but will not be present during stays.
