LIVING/DINING ROOM
The bright and airy living room contains two sofas and a matching arm chair around a coffee table. Two large double balcony doors flank the dining table, which sits four to five people.
KITCHEN
The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine and a fridge/freezer. As well as an informal dining area with a small table and a couple of chairs, there is a large double door leaving into the courtyard with potted plants and greenery, perfect for al-fresco dining.
SPARE ROOM
Through the living room, the spare room has a dark leather three-seater sofa, which folds out to become a comfortable double bed. The two antique carved wooden wardrobes stand out against the neutral light colour of the walls and are bathed in natural light through the large window.
GUEST BATHROOM
Guest toilet with a small sink.
BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a matching wooden King-size bed, bedside tables, a large chest of drawers and a small study desk. There is a large window, illuminating the room in natural light. It also has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and a large sink. Please note that the television in the bedroom will not be present, but there is one in the living room.
OUTDOOR
The hidden gem of this apartment is the charming courtyard space, accessible via the kitchen.
