This charming, bright and serene top-floor one-bedroom apartment is situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Paris, just minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.
LIVING/ DINING
The living space is comprised of two rooms: the living room and the dining area, with a pair of casement windows extending to the floor and serving as portals onto the balcony. Both rooms can be accessed through separate doors. Walking in to the dining room, the wooden dining table and six matching chairs are the focal points of the space, framed by the windows and ornate decorative fireplace. The living space is occupied by two two-seater sofas and two occasional chairs with floral patterned motifs around a glass and metal coffee table and pattered rug. The colour-scheme and patterns of the seating furniture in this bright room stand out against the neutral walls and herringbone parquet.
KITCHEN
There is a fully equipped, separate kitchen with an oven/microwave combo, a fridge/ freezer, an electric hob, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and the necessary utensils with the added bonus of a Nespresso machine.
