LIVING ROOM A beautiful open plan living room with 2 sets of glass doors opening onto a classic Parisian-style balcony. This room has a classic vintage aesthetic, with high ceilings, parquet flooring, and elegant furniture. Colourful wall art and a sculptural light feature add a nice modern twist. 1 sofa and 5 armchairs are set around a low coffee table. A handsome set of dark wood furniture surrounds the room, with 2 tables, a low sideboard, and a smart bureau. The balcony is a delightful little outdoor space edged with olive trees and offering lovely street views. KITCHEN/ DINING ROOM Double doors lead from the living room into a lovely, classically styled dining room area, complete with balcony access and a small kitchen recess behind. It is a well-lit space with modern fittings, and includes a fridge, oven, and microwave, as well as an induction plate, a coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining room area is bright and airy with a rounded dining table and 6 chairs. Again, the delicate vintage aesthetic of the room, with its ornate chandelier and period feature fireplace, is given a modern uplift with sleek Perspex chairs and a quirky curling bookshelf. FIRST BATHROOM A brightly lit bathroom decorated in fresh white and blue tiles with a bath, basin, chest of drawers, WC, and mirror cabinets. There is also a washing machine and an electric dryer in this room. SECOND BATHROOM A little room with clean white tiles and decorative blue wallpaper, containing a walk-in shower, basin, and mirror cabinet. WC MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom also has access onto the balcony through a set of glass doors, offering lovely street views. There is a queen size double bed with 2 bedside tables, a TV opposite, and a wardrobe to the side. SECOND BEDROOM A lovely bedroom with cool blue interiors and lots of light. There are 2 single trundle beds, which can be pushed together and used as a double, a desk and chair, and a charming ornamental birdcage for a lampshade. THIRD BEDROOM With sunshine yellow walls and big windows, this bright little room includes another 2 single trundle beds which can be used together as a double, a desk and chair, and another lovely bird cage light fitting.
