The main living area is decorated in a traditional Buzios style with ornate dark wood furniture and tile flooring. The expansive doors and windows take full advantage of the spectacular views flooding the interior with natural sunlight. You can see from one end of the property through to the other and out across the Bay. The dining room is open on three sides allowing for an alfresco dining experience without leaving the comfort of your vacation rental. This vacation rental comes fully equipped with all the latest gadgets including a flat-screen TV, iPod docking and surround sound, ideal for entertaining guests or celebrating your Buzios New Year. The kitchen is impressive and fully equipped to cater to all you culinary needs. Outside there is a well-kept garden and tropical swimming pool that swirls around a palm tree island. The only place you will want to be during those hot Brazilian summer days. CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service. Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals. As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
