Located close to Tatajuba and the Coreaú River, about 45 km from Jericoacoara is Villa, a haven of tranquility and sophistication. It consists of the main house and 4 more bungalows, with all services included, in addition to 100% organic food produced on site.
It also has a wide range of activities, such as motorboat rides, wakeboarding and water skiing, stand up paddle rides, boat trips, river fishing and exclusive dinners.
Located on the ground floor, the main house has: 01 master bedroom with private bathroom, hot tub and balcony, 01 luxury bedroom with bathroom, double bed, equipped with: ceiling fan, hot shower and air conditioning.
The main house comprises a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, balcony and rooftop overlooking the river and the mangrove forest.
There are 04 double bungalows all located on the ground floor with: balcony, private bathroom and air conditioning.
All bungalows have a balcony with hammock, overlooking the pool and garden. Silence is one of the main actors of this refuge in the middle of nature, where time does not seem to want to pass.
Services included: breakfast, daily cleaning service, security guard at night, pool maintenance, standup paddle and paddle canoe free to use.

HOUSE RULES
To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
