The house has been recently restored with much care taken to maintain the original features and has been quite exclusively furnished with period pieces. A well-cared-for garden surrounds the house with fruit and olive trees. Broom and roses enclose the swimming pool that enjoys views over the rolling hills. Only a few metres from the house there is an annexe. The Main building, which is 200m2, can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor includes a large equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the garden, utility room, ante-room, twin bedroom and bathroom with a shower. The first floor includes a double bed bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large lounge with a fireplace and outside access. There is also a bathroom with a bath. The annexe is 40m2, can sleep up to 2 people and it has a living room with a kitchenette, a double bed bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Living Room The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
