Its location on a hill will provide extra privacy that very few accommodations can provide, fully fenced, the plot has high walls so the only adjoining house that it has is completely isolated from this accommodation. As soon as you enter with your vehicle you will be able to appreciate the extensive parking area that the accommodation has, with plenty of room for the little ones to play ball or run.
The exteriors are divided into three zones. One of them is the porch with a summer kitchen. In this area of about 40 square meters that precedes the entrance of the accommodation, you can enjoy a pleasant rest in the shade or have a family lunch. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
