Exclusive luxury house built in the eighteenth century and completely renovated in 2014, with finishes and decoration absolutely exceptional, located in the beautiful and characteristic village Alhaurín el Grande.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people, and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets, private outdoor swimming pool, a large terrace, a spectacular hammam, and a private cinema room.
The beautiful entrance of the house is decorated with hand painted tiles by the last artisans of Seville who still make this work of art. These handmade ceramics are repeated in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and outdoors.
In the hall there is a beautiful latticework and stone motif in the hall, originals of the year of the founding of the house in 1882. There is access to a reception room with a fireplace and a staircase with a custom tapestry of the famous factory "Real Fábrica de Tapices de El Escorial" Madrid.
The kitchen has been designed by Clive Christian and is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, utensils, oven and microwave and dishwasher. With detailed hand-painted tiles that represent all seasons of the year and all the senses.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with wooden base and bathroom.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor of the building, has a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living area, and has a total capacity to accommodate 4 people comfortably.
The third bedroom, also located on the first floor, has two single beds joined together forming a double bed, plus a single bed, and an extra trundle bed, and therefore a total capacity to also accommodate 4 people.
The fourth and last bedroom, is also located on the first floor, has two single beds together forming a double bed, and capacity for 2 people.
All bedrooms on the first floor have their own bathroom en suite, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The house treasures great spaces for entertainment and relaxation with several televisions, a large semi-basement with a pool table, a private hammam with spa and sauna and a soundproof cinema.
The impressive interior patio is adorned with tiles made in replica of the rails of the Plaza de España in Seville. The large terrace offers several places to sit, dine and enjoy the sound of the fountain, which can also be used as a pool.
