This charming house facing the sea is situated in one of the beautiful areas in constant growth in the Pontal do Maceió region.
The house has 600m² of built area, starting with the beautiful living room furnished with all wooden furniture and decorated with local crafts. The room has access to the living room outside the house that has several hammocks for rest and a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers.
The kitchen remains unchanged, its original and well-kept design has a large space for preparing meals and has access to the outside area of the house with two dining tables to serve meals both indoors and out.
The house has 6 beautiful air-conditioned suites, all with double beds, 4 of them on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor with a balcony that provides a wide view of the surrounding area.

Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner.
HOUSE RULES
To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
