This is a charming 18th century colonial house recently restored by one of the most renowned architects and designers in the whole country and surrounded by beautiful historic buildings that tell little about the history of this magnificent and charming city. The house has a total space of 385m² that comprises its 4 floors, all perfectly decorated and in harmony with the environment. On the first floor when entering the house is the living and dining room with several plants decorating the environment, transforming the environment into an internal garden mixing the natural with the urban. On the same floor is the beautiful fully equipped American kitchen, decorated in total balance with the environment and a beautiful and large suite with a king-size bed, cable TV, bathroom, closet and air conditioning. The second floor has 4 beautiful suites all containing a king-size bed, cable TV, bathroom, closet for clothes and air conditioning and access to a balcony with flower arrangements and street views. On the third floor is the games room and a bar with a TV area and access to the pool in an open environment with a beautiful view of the city. The top floor, the terrace is where the barbecue with sofa, tables and chairs is located and a sound system suitable for celebrations and gatherings between friends and family, in addition to the incredible view of the historic center from sunrise to sunset. The house is located close to Plaza Del Centenario and the new Four Seasons Hotel in the Getsemani neighborhood, one of Cartagena’s most privileged and charming areas. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
