This is a charming 18th century colonial house recently restored by one of the most renowned architects and designers in the whole country and surrounded by beautiful historic buildings that tell little about the history of this magnificent and charming city.
The house has a total space of 385m² that comprises its 4 floors, all perfectly decorated and in harmony with the environment. On the first floor when entering the house is the living and dining room with several plants decorating the environment, transforming the environment into an internal garden mixing the natural with the urban. On the same floor is the beautiful fully equipped American kitchen, decorated in total balance with the environment and a beautiful and large suite with a king-size bed, cable TV, bathroom, closet and air conditioning.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight are required to be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 1000 USD
