Map #24 This unique two-story three bedroom, 2½ bath beach cottage (villa) will truly give you that island retreat feel. It is beautifully decorated with original artwork and one-of-a-kind furniture. It has over 1700 sq ft of living space and a spacious wraparound porch. In this home, you’ll find tastefully decorated and comfortable living and dining rooms with plenty of seating. It has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with breakfast counter, granite countertops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating, surround sound, and beautiful views of palm trees and nature’s wetlands. In addition to the main living areas, there are three bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and one full bath. This home is exquisite, with original paintings, antiques and surround sound speakers at every turn! Other features include a ½ bath adjacent to the living area, travertine flooring, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.
