The master suite on the upper floor has a working area and a private furnished balcony facing the sea. The house is designed to take full advantage of the view: On your left the almost desert beach of Prainha, on your right São José private beach, reserved for the few villas owners of this huge preserved area. It’s elevated position also gives it the advantage of a constant gentle breeze. You will enjoy the service of the efficient and cheerful staff house available 8h/day. They will prepare your breakfast and lunch on the large covered veranda, you will be delighted by a traditional Brazilian BBQ on the covered area by the pool, or will just relish tropical fruit caipirinha in the pool. Prainha beach is only 100mt down the hill. Staff will set up a covered area for you on this heavenly white sand beach. It is a place that you do not want to leave, providing you unforgettable moments in Itacaré. Itacaré area offers numerous scheduled beaches and an amazing waterfall, accessible through a short trek as well as a large river with hidden restaurants. This Cacau region also provide option for your interesting and toothsome chocolate experiences. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
