Beautiful property of 6 bedrooms. 4 ensuite bedrooms in teh main house and 2 bedrooms in an independent cottage. On the first floor you will enjoy the pool overlooking the sea and a jacuzzi for up to 12 people and the bar. The sofas, armchairs and sun loungers complete the comfort and offer a cozy haven. Right next door, the 1st suite of the house offers a beautiful quiet space. Climbing a beautiful outside wooden staircase, you will reach the upper floor with a breathtaking view surrounded by nature. The large colonial-style room, its living room with TV and its American kitchen are interconnected with the wide and long wooden balcony that follows two more large and bright suites. In the garden, a charming independent wooden chalet offers one more suite and a living room with its American kitchen and a beautiful wooden balcony. There are 4 suites that can accommodate up to 12 people: Floor 2: Master Suite: King bed, mosquito net, air-conditioning, balcony with sea view. Suite 2: Double bed + two single beds, mosquito net, air-conditioning, writing desk and balcony with sea view Floor 1: Suite 3: 2 single beds, air-conditioning, balcony with sea view. Cottage 1: Suite 4: Double bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and balcony. Cottage 2: Bedroom 1: Double bed, mosquito net, air conditioning. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, mosquito net, air conditioning, 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
