Luxurious and very comfortable vacation villa with 4 large suites, that can host up to 9 guests.
This secret property is on the Alto do Segredo (The secret hill), only 500mt from the beach and 2km of the world-famous Quadrado.
The master suite is taking the whole upper floor of the villa, with an outside relaxation area from where you can enjoy the peaceful green and blue horizon.
2 large suites are situated on the leafy gardens, few steps away from the main house, facing the long pool, with a few hundreds of meters of tropical forest and the sea behind. The third suite offers more privacy and a pleasant terrace.
The large glass living room offers a stylish and authentic decoration, a mix of antiques and local art.
Tiles of the house are coming from the old Trancoso church in the Quadrado.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
