This amazing atmosphere is inviting every guest to dream and forget all the little problems and worries of everyday life. You will enjoy amazing views from the splendid wooden terrace while bathing in the warm Bahian sunlight. If you feel to cool down the large swimming pool of the property is the best option. The design of the 600 square meter interior is equivalent to the relaxed way of Bahian life. The big patio centered in the middle of the building is a place of pure peacefulness. The plants of the patio and the sea breeze from the outside are guaranteeing well being for every guest. You will also find a spacious and comfortable dining area in the building-a great place to host some unforgettable dining parties with your friends or family. The four suites are all very large, luxuriously equipped and thanks to the panoramic windows flooded by natural light within the whole day. Three of the suites are coming with king-sized beds and one of them with two single beds, generating a capacity to host easily 8 privileged guests. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
